Eagle Health, LLC was founded in March 2007 as an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), and is certified as a Small Business Administration 8(a). Eagle Health is a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation. Eagle Health is a professional service company which principally delivers integrated medical services, document control and records management, biosafety and biosecurity program management, occupational medical and health services, and professional and administrative support services solutions to government and private sector clients.

President

As the President of Concentric Methods and Eagle Health, Harold is responsible for directing the day-to-day management of the affairs, employees, and resources of the companies. He takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development while intuitively seeing the threads of opportunities that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.

Harold has a proven executive management track record and over 19 years of experience driving sales growth in the medical staffing and professional support services industries. Harold earned BS and MS degrees at Howard University and a JD at Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Florida bars.
