Eagle Health Spotlights an Extraordinary Employee

Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes Anthony Jones. Anthony has been instrumental in maintaining the integrity and purpose of the Eagle Health contract with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). His work ethic, pleasant demeanor, and can-do attitude have made him a remarkable asset for the Eagle Health Team, and we proudly award him with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.

Though Anthony has worked as a PBGC contractor for seven years, he began with Eagle Health in 2021 as a Dock Manager on the PBGC contract in Washington, DC. As Dock Manager, Anthony operates and manages the daily functions of the Receiving Area while also maintaining PBGC service standards for safety, quality, service, delivery, and training. Anthony also provides escorts to visiting contractors. Anthony stood out recently when he took on the additional duties of providing mailroom support to PBGC. The contract COR, John Coles, remarked, “Anthony has stepped in and provided mail support, essentially filling the void that was left with the most recent separation of the Mailroom Manager. Anthony is currently working in a dual role, monitoring the loading dock, ensuring parcels are delivered according to PBGC standards, and facilitating vendor access through this area. I felt compelled to share my observations with his leadership and to express our thanks for his continued support of the PBGC mission.”

Outside of work,  Anthony keeps busy by continuing to further his education to receive IT certifications that will help him transition into the IT industry. Eagle Health is thankful to have Anthony on our team. His continued display of high performance and his confident and ambitious mindset make him an extraordinary asset. Thank you, Anthony!
