Eagle Health Spotlights a Winning Team Member

Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes Scott Campbell. Scott works on Eagle Health’s Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contract Resource Management Support Services contract in Aurora, CO. Scott has proven himself a valuable asset to the Eagle Health team for his attitude, dedication, and his ambition to attain mission success on the contract. His pleasant demeanor and sense of humor with the team have created a positive atmosphere that keeps everyone smiling. Because of his positive nature and commitment to the work, we proudly award him with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.

Scott began working with Eagle Health over a year ago as a Senior Financial Analyst.  Scott’s many tasks include running financial reports; creating, reviewing, and approving requisitions; reviewing and approving modifications; balancing contract obligations; addressing contract funding issues; User Acceptance Testing (UAT); and reviewing and sending payment requests. Scott has worked in operations management, specifically in contact center management, managing multiple contact centers, including a 24/7/365 regional poison control center and several state tobacco quitlines. His expertise spans healthcare and financial services, which he brought to his position on the Eagle Health DHA contract.

A DHA Contracting Officer recently remarked, “I know this isn’t easy work to manage figures like this, but I sincerely appreciate the extra push over the weekend.  I hope we can do this type of collaboration in the future.” The Budget Officer added, “Along with his hard work/dedication, his team appreciates the comic relief he attempts to provide (it can be a tough crowd).”

Scott’s winning attitude and friendly demeanor make him stand out at work, but it is family, faith, and sports that provide a winning personal life. Scott is not just a star at work but also in his personal life. He is the father of three beautiful daughters, sings in several church choirs, and enjoys archery, college wrestling, and the Chicago Bears.  Scott’s dedication, amiable nature, and pleasant disposition truly make him shine.  He is an asset to the Eagle Health team.
