Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes an employee who shines for her commitment to her work and team-focused approach, all of which has led to success. A’lana Davies began working for Eagle Health earlier this year as a Lead Medical Appointment Clerk at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. She was recently presented with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who stand out for their dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and drive. Eagle Health is proud to recognize her and have her on the team.
As the Lead Medical Appointment Clerk, A’lana is responsible for management that ensures appropriate staffing levels are met to address the needs of the Medical Clinic’s workload. She supports Primary Care Managers (PCM), and she supervises tracking metrics to ensure compliance of required goals. In addition, she handles employee feedback as well as patient safety reports (PSR).
A’lana stood out recently for spearheading the process of hiring, training, and orienting Medical Appointment Clerks. She has also helped create and maintain a positive and stable work atmosphere through her team-focused approach. She promotes training and educational needs for the team, which contributes to the success of the metrics goals for the team and, ultimately, the contract.
Outside of work, A’lana understands and appreciates the time to enjoy water sports, including fishing, reading autobiographies, and creating delicious Caribbean dishes. Her commitment and strength have made her stand out, and we are delighted to honor her with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence.
