Cape Fox Cares Supports Our First Responders in Manassas

PRESS RELEASE | HEATHER KAISER | APRIL 1, 2022

America’s first responders are the silent warriors helping to protect and serve our communities.  They are the first into emergency situations.  They provide hope, guidance, and care.  In January, Cape Fox Shared Services through the Cape Fox Cares Program supported our local first responders by donating to the Battlefield Lodge Charitable Foundation.  Officer Scott Miller from the Prince William Police Department accepted the donation.  Cape Fox Shared Services supports our local Manassas, Virginia community, and we do that by supporting the first responders who work tirelessly to protect and serve us.

The Battlefield Lodge Charitable Foundation was founded in 1999. The Foundation’s mission is to dedicate its resources to engaging charitable activities in Virginia and throughout Prince William County, VA, through public education projects and youth/special needs support.  In particular, the Foundation works toward improving law enforcement’s work conditions and safety through education, legislation, information, community involvement, and employee representation.

This donation was sponsored by Cape Fox Cares, Cape Fox Corporation’s (CFC) fundraiser program.  The program’s purpose is to ensure CFC is giving back in the most effective way while still supporting our communities as much as possible.  The CFC Cares Program is honored to support our first responders and our community.  Helping to make our communities stronger makes everyone stronger. Thank you to our first responders! We are proud to work with you and sponsor you.
