Eagle Health Spotlights Employee Whose Star Was Bright from the Beginning

PRESS RELEASE | HEATHER KAISER | FEBRUARY 26, 2021

Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, is shining a spotlight on employee Rebecca Salazar.  On February 5, 2021, Rebecca received a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award for her customer service and outstanding professionalism. Rebecca is an Audiology Technician who has worked for Eagle Health since November 2020 with the U.S. Army Audiology Program.  She stood out immediately to patients and leadership and we are delighted to honor Rebecca for her dedication.  Great job, Rebecca!

Though Rebecca has not worked long for Eagle Health, she stood out immediately.  She was recognized by both a patient she had seen at her clinic and the Department of Public Health (DPH) leadership for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. As the leadership noted, “it is very rare for a customer to take the time to submit a positive comment and the comment ‘speaks volumes to her care and commitment for customers.’” As noted by the patient, she provided excellent service and friendly care, which put the patient at ease.  Her level of professionalism stood out and the DPH leadership commended her efficiency and ability.  Rebecca stood out because she put the well-being of others first.

Courtney James, the Program Manager for the U.S. Army Audiology Program noted, “Rebecca is consistently professional, kind and eager to learn. She is truly passionate about providing quality care to Army Service Members.”  Rebecca’s commitment and care has stood out and we are proud to say she is part of the Eagle Health Team.  Thank you!
