Eagle Health Spotlights an Employee Who Excels for His Dedication

Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes Oshar Reid. Oshar is an extraordinary team player on Eagle Health’s Army Audiology contract who has gone the extra mile to ensure that Eagle Health strives for mission success. He stands out for his dedication to his work, expertise, and availability. Eagle Health proudly awards Oshar a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude. Oshar’s commitment and resourcefulness have produced positive results. He is an asset to the Eagle Health team and Cape Fox.

Oshar has worked for Eagle Health since 2021 as an Audiology Technician supporting the Audiology contract in Washington, DC. Since early October, he has been splitting his time between DC and the Dunham Army Health Clinic in Carlisle, PA. Oshar has been traveling to PA every Sunday evening to support Carlisle’s operations on Mondays and Tuesdays. His hard work has been noticed, and the Audiologist at the Carlisle, PA, site recently commented, “Mr. Reid has been instrumental to the Dunham clinic’s hearing readiness mission and has displayed clear initiative and dedication to his profession. What he has accomplished and continues to accomplish here is nothing short of exceptional. He is a team player and the pinnacle of professionalism. I can, with confidence, say that our team has very much enjoyed his presence here. Exceptional employees like Mr. Reid reflect great credit upon the organizations he has come to represent, and I am grateful for having had a chance to work directly with him.”
