Eagle Health Spotlights a Bright Star

Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes Jorgan Redick. Jorgan’s experience and expertise have been invaluable in creating a more effective and efficient method for supply handling at Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC).  Jorgan has worked with Eagle Health since August 2022 on the PBGC contract in Washington, DC. His talent, pleasant demeanor, and energetic approach to his work and the mission of the contract have made him a remarkable asset for the Eagle Health Team, and we proudly award him with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.

Jorgan is a Material Handling Clerk who manages the supply inventory in the Supply Ordering System consisting of supplies in the on-site Supply Center at PBGC. As Material Handling Clerk, he inventories all supplies and gathers missing data and online pictures of supplies for the launch of the Supply Ordering System.  He also performs inventory of all supply closets and ensures all copy/print locations are stocked daily, responding to all requests for supplies. It was Jorgan’s aptitude and dedication which made him stand out recently.  Jorgan successfully established a centralized supply center that will be used agency-wide throughout PBGC. Jorgan was instrumental in the launch of the online Supply Ordering System by inventorying current supplies, gathering photos of products, managing data in the system, and assisting with the creation of presentations for senior leadership.

PBGC’s Chief Management Officer remarked on the Supply Center presentation, stating, “Many thanks for sharing this. Wow!!! The presentation is fabulous! But more than that, the realization of the concept and the execution are tremendous! You and Delilah have really hit this one out of the park.”

Jorgan is not just a star at work but also in his personal life. He shines when it comes to stand-up comedy, recording music, and learning to code. Eagle Health is proud of the experts that have made us an industry leader, and Jorgan is one of them.
