Eagle Health Employee Steps in and Shines Bright

Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes Jennifer Hughes. Jennifer is a Medical Support Assistant on Eagle Health’s U.S. Army Occupational Health contract. Jennifer’s thorough work and attention to detail were brought to the customer’s attention. As such, Eagle Health shines a spotlight on her for her determination and commitment to her work. We proudly award her a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.

Jennifer has worked with Eagle Health since February 2022 as a Medical Support Assistant at the Fillmore U.S. Army Health Clinic in New Cumberland, PA. As a Medical Support Assistant, Jennifer schedules appointments, verifies employee demographic data before visits, obtains and documents reasons for being seen, checks vital signs, maintains exam room stock levels, and performs administrative functions for the clinic.

Outside of Jennifer’s standard job duties, she organized and assisted the Occupational Health Team with appointments for the Defense Logistics Agency’s Distribution Expeditionary (DLA DDXX) Team’s deployment. As part of this effort, Jennifer completed complex scheduling and obtained offsite records with expedited response time. The customer commented that, “Jennifer had great perseverance and attention to detail. She was instrumental in assisting the Occupational Health Team in ensuring all deploying personnel were mission ready and deployed on time”.

Jennifer’s focus and attention to detail also shine in her personal life. She enjoys photography, spending time outside with her family and friends, and listening to music in her free time. Jennifer is also a former Air National Guard member, which is where she met her husband when both were deployed in Kuwait. They have been married for 16 years and have three beautiful children.

The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence highlights those employees who go above and beyond their standard duties to support the mission of the contract. Jennifer’s focused attention, wiliness to help, and steadfast dedication have made her shine bright, and Eagle Health is delighted to have her on our team. Thank you, Jennifer!
