On August 22, 2019, Eagle Health employee, Steve Isenburg, was recognized with a 2019 eCatalyst award. The eCatalyst award is the Cape Fox Corporation employee recognition program for employees of the corporation and its subsidiaries such as Eagle Health, which first began in April 2018. Employees who receive the eCatalyst award have gone above and beyond their duties to perform outstanding work and contribute as an excellent Eagle Health team member. Steve Isenburg was recognized for his outstanding performance and dedication in supporting the Defense Health Agency Contract Resource Management Support Services. The award was presented to Steve at an employee dinner by his Eagle Health Program Manager, Leslie Eaton.
Steve has always been passionate about supporting our troops and their health and readiness. He was fortunate to begin his career supporting the Program Management Office by running workgroups and assisting with annual recurring financials and new procurements. Steve started working with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) over 12 years ago as a Business Analyst. Today, Steve works as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst. He has managed to incorporate automated collections processing and many CPI/CTR initiatives during his tenure at DHA.
Steve has gone above and beyond his traditional work duties. The definition of the eCatalyst awardee is “an employee that increases the value of their workplace, is the stimulus for continued growth, and adds additional worth and benefit to those around them while maintaining strong standards.” Steve Isenburg has epitomized this sentiment during his time with the Defense Health Agency every day with his strong work ethic and desire to truly work as a team. Cape Fox Corporation and its subsidiary Eagle Health are proud of Steve and proud he has been recognized with an eCatalyst award.
