On November 21, 2019, Eagle Health employee, Johnathan Mathews, was recognized with a 2019 eCatalyst award. The eCatalyst award is the Cape Fox Corporation employee recognition program for employees of the corporation and its subsidiaries such as Eagle Health, which first began in April 2018. Employees who receive the eCatalyst award have gone above and beyond their duties to perform outstanding work and contribute as team members to the mission objection. Johnathan was recognized for his hard work and dedication to the Eagle Health team on the Defense Health Agency (DHA)-Contract Resource Management (CRM) contract.
Johnathan proved his dedication recently when he had to work extra hours in the evenings and on the weekends. It was a team effort, and Johnathan stood out for his committment to the work and the team. The eCatalyst award was presented to Johnathan by Leslie Eaton, DHA-CRM Program Manager.
Johnathan has been a longstanding member of the Eagle Health team. He began his career with Eagle Health in 2011 as an Accounting Tech on a DHA contract. He was a quick learner and was able to swiftly transition into system support where he assisted in testing and updating the Tricare Encounter Data Claim Management System for DHA. Johnathan has had several positions supporting DHA in either accounting or system support over the years. Each time he has shown great ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently allowing him to contribute more to the work and the team.
Johnathan has often shown his reliability through the his work, his ability to learn and grow in a position, and his service in helping his fellow team members. Eagle Health was proud to present him with a 2019 eCatalyst Award for his hardwork and dedication.
