Cape Fox Facilities Services, LLC (CFFS), a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes Reggie Tabron. Reggie is an HR Assistant on the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contract vehicle. Reggie is being spotlighted for his teamwork and commitment to his work. His steadfast approach to his work and willingness to go beyond what is required surpasses expectations frequently. Reggie is an extraordinary asset to the CFFS team. We proudly award him a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Reggie has worked on the contract since October 2017 as an HR Assistant. His duties include working to commit interns for the Pathway program, serving as Security Liaison for third-party interns and Payne Fellows, working with the records team, and cleaning up the verification of eOPFs.
Reggie’s commitment to the work is undeniable. He was recognized recently by the customer for completing the review, purging, and disposal of all paper personnel files in the Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM) Records room in 2022, which was a necessary effort when the office relocated to another floor. While assisting with this task, Reggie continued to maintain his work requirements. The customer commented that “this task would not have been completed in the required timeframe without Reggie’s commitment to excellence.”
Reggie’s devotion to his work pales to his devotion to his family. When he is not being a Team Star, he loves cooking, traveling, and spending his time with his wife and kids.
The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence highlights those employees who exceed expectations, provide innovative and creative solutions, and stand out for exceptional performance. Reggie’s willing approach and unwavering dedication to the contract mission make him shine bright, and CFFS is delighted to have him on our team. Thank you, Reggie!
