Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) and Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) are honored to shine an employee spotlight on Melissa Rodriguez-Torres. Melissa is an Administrative Assistant on the Defense Communications Army Transmission Systems (DCATS) contract, who continually excels and goes above and beyond for the DCATS PEO-EIS WESS Office and Mission.
Over the last 13 years, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Scientific Technical and Other Professional Services (STOPS) Program has recognized notable contributions of its contractors through the presentation of Distinguished Achievement Awards. For the 2020 award program, we are proud to announce that 26 Cape Fox Corporation employees received a total of 32 Distinguished Achievement Awards for their exceptional accomplishments, with a few employees receiving more than one nomination.
On March 12, 2020, Eagle Health presented two Cape Fox Tináa Awards of Excellence. One was given to Makenzi Capezza and the other to Deandrea Jefferson. Both work with Eagle Health as Physical Therapist Assistants at Winn Army Community Hospital Physical Therapy Clinic.
In April, Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) won a 12-month contract to provide all design and engineering services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. CFFS is looking forward to providing continued support and exceptional services to the U.S. Air Force.
On February 27, 2020, Joshua Weyker, a Senior Financial Analyst on our Defense Health Agency Contract Resource Management Support Services contract, received a Cape Fox Tináa Award of Excellence, which is the Cape Fox Employee Appreciation Award. Josh’s hard work, research, and knowledge regarding the Capital and Direct Medical Education (CAP/DME) costs was impressive and appreciated.
