On December 11, 2019, Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) employee, Jean Fucich, was recognized with a 2019 eCatalyst award. The eCatalyst award is the Cape Fox Corporation employee recognition program for employees of the corporation and its subsidiaries, such as CFFS, which first began in April 2018. Employees who receive the eCatalyst award have gone above and beyond their duties to perform outstanding work and contribute as team members to the mission objective. Jean was recognized for being a valuable asset to CFFS and the Army Traffic Safety Training Program (ATSTP) team.
Jean received the eCatalyst award for her performance, selflessness, and devotion to her duties, which distinguished her as a professional team player. She helped organize a highly successful 2019 Professional Development Workshop. Additionally, Jean’s continued individual efforts and one-on-one training with her employees helped the ATSTP team receive another exceptional CPAR rating for 2019. Jean’s outstanding achievements are in keeping with the highest standards and reflect great credit upon herself and Cape Fox Facilities Services.
Ms. Fucich has worked for CFFS as the ATSTP Secretary III for three years. She provides administrative support for processing, maintaining, and recording routine, recurring operations for ATSTP and ensures training policies and procedures are maintained with the applicable rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). She processes and maintains records for all correspondence between ATSTP, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, CFSS, and other industry partners. She is responsible for submitting, maintaining, and monitoring personnel records, financial invoices, and expense reports needed or directed by the ATSTP Program Manager. She monitors all ATSTP reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to appropriate offices and agencies. Finally, Jean is always on hand to assist in the training of personnel on new programs developed by CFSS.
Jean has been an invaluable resource for her Program Manager and the entire ATSTP team. Jean has always been unsurpassed when it comes to the reliability of her work, her dedication and service to her team, and her ability to organize and maintain every aspect of the operations. With that in mind, CFFS was proud to present her with a 2019 eCatalyst Award. Congratulations Jean Fucich!
