Defense Health Agency (DHA)
Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) provides the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Solution Delivery Division (SDD) production application support. CFFS is providing operations, cyber security, and maintenance services to Military Health Systems (MHS) in support of SDD production operational applications to ensure availability, stability, and reliability. The DHA supports the delivery of integrated, affordable, and high-quality health services to Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries. CFFS provides all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the contract requirements.
CFFS provides high-quality service operation and service transition support activities for production applications, cyber security (RMF) support, and maintenance services to the MHS systems. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework offers guidance and best practices for managing the five stages of the IT service lifecycle: service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement. CFFS has experience utilizing an ITIL-based framework for operations and maintenance and ITIL-defined Service Operation/Transition processes. CFFS also utilizes its extensive knowledge of incident management and problem resolution of production applications.

United States Air Force (USAF)
Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI) transitioned an Air Force contract with over 60 Cyber Systems Operations Specialists and Cyber Transport Systems Specialists, moving the program from an 83 to 100 percent vacancy fill rate. Our success stems from the ability to recruit, hire, train, and retain personnel with specialized qualifications, including COMPTIA A+, Network+, VCP5, CCNA, and MCSA certifications. We staff top talent with extensive backgrounds in SAN storage, Server Blade, SQL, SharePoint, C2ISR video data, network performance software, and Asynchronous Transport Mode (ATM).
Our personnel specialize in installing, configuring, supporting, maintaining, administering, and training on hardware and software systems for unmanned aerial vehicle operations. We support Air National Guard sites across the country, performing systems administration for databases, software, Local Area Network (LAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) communications on secure and unclassified networks. Our field maintenance support covers all fiber, workstations, audio and visual servers, and printers within the server, Squadron Operations Center, and Ground Control System rooms.
CFFI assists in maintaining the currency and accuracy of site wiring. Our engineers update software and hardware configuration diagrams in accordance with enterprise and site-specific Configuration Management Plans. We also document all changes made to the baseline and provide feedback regarding any inadequate documentation. This includes conducting detailed analyses and recommending improvements, developing related concepts of operations and standard operating procedures to enhance mission effectiveness.
