United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
Our team began working with the United States Agency for International Development in 2012. Currently, Cape Fox Facilities Services provides full lifecycle human resources support as well as enhanced efficiency and customer service performance for the Office of Human Capital and Talent Management. Our human resources professionals support targeted recruitment, staffing, employee relations, labor relations, records management, retirement and benefits services, compensation support, payroll and personnel action processing, separations, and training.
We assist with developing unique recruitment and outreach strategies for targeted, mission-critical operations. Our personnel focus on talent, strategic management, and analysis in identifying the human capital required to meet organizational goals. To do so, we review agency strategic goals and map out an implementation plan for building the workforce necessary to accomplish strategic objectives. In making human capital determinations, our staff supports the development of software tools, which are designed to enable such leadership assessments, and drafts accompanying succession plans. Extensive analysis of organization career paths and current staff workforce trends (i.e., retirement, attrition) is required.
Cape Fox Facilities Services also provides expert technical advisory services to support staffing, performance, and awards administration in areas such as employee conduct and performance. These advisory services include reviewing position classifications, developing position descriptions, and evaluating proposed positions against Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Position Classification Standards. We then conduct compensation surveys and analyze compensation for various occupations using the US Bureau of Labor Statistics and other survey findings to design, develop, and implement special compensation systems (i.e., pay band systems, range levels for desired occupations).
Our team is responsible for performing payroll, personnel action, and benefit forms processing, and handling all general human resources functions. We support employee onboarding by making employment suitability determinations and processing employee security credentials. Finally, our full-service Federal benefit and retirement counseling services cover claims/elections processing and retirement calculations and estimates.
Department of Justice (DOJ)
Subsidiary SaxmanOne hosts meetings and conferences around the country on various topics to support the mission of the Department of Justice. We work directly with each program office to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions, having supported the Office for Victims of Crime and the Office of Justice Programs. Often, we coordinate and execute events on compressed timelines, highlighting the expertise and efficiency of our conference planning team. Logistical services for each event include site selection, participant notification/invitation, registration logistics, travel arrangements, logistics coordination, audiovisual support, on-site support, meeting follow-up activities, marketing and advertising, conference registration website design and development, online registration management, and webcast capabilities.
Department of the Navy
Cape Fox FCG provides security support in various areas, including identification/Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, physical security, and security suitability determinations. Our personnel serve at Government sites across the US and overseas. Specifically for the Navy Pay and Personnel Command, Cape Fox FCG subsidiary NAVAR performs program oversight and site security management at Personnel Support Detachment Naples and Sigonella, Italy; Rota, Spain; and Customer Support Detachment Souda Bay, Greece. Overseas support highlights the effectiveness of our personnel recruiting and screening processes in addressing additional Navy security requirements.
NAVAR personnel serve as custodians for the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), manage physical access to buildings, and provide adequate key control. Our identification card administration services extend to active duty and selected reserve members, eligible contractor personnel, retirees and dependents, and other customers. Personnel on this contract safeguard records from loss and unauthorized disclosure, use RAPIDS to create, modify, and retrieve personnel information stored in DEERS, and assist and guide users through claimed identity verifications for individuals seeking physical access to controlled Government facilities and information systems.
We handle overall office security by opening working spaces and files at the commencement of duty hours and locking these working spaces and files at the close of business. Our security functions also include monitoring and controlling access to the assigned identification card facilities and allowing only properly cleared individuals into controlled areas or other restricted access areas. Our personnel work directly with DMDC during hardware or software changes, upgrades, maintenance, replacements, or component installations.
